The surface pattern process is just beginning…

I’m experimenting in Illustrator on a series of patterns using sketches I’ve done of various cats over the years. This is the first one I’ve used in a pattern so far.

These are images of the fabric swatches I just ordered from Spoonflower. I have at least 6 different colorways that I’m playing with, and I’m working on new patterns as we speak. It’ll be a while before I have an actual “collection.”
